Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about our custom cabinetry services. Content is for informational purposes and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or submit false information.
Estimates and project agreements
Submitting a form or calling us does not create a contract. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after measurements, design decisions or site conditions are confirmed. The scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty for a project are set out only in a written agreement signed by you and TLC Kitchen & Closets.
Designs, drawings and content
Text, drawings, graphics and logos on the Site belong to TLC Kitchen & Closets and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Design drawings we prepare for you remain our property until the related project agreement provides otherwise.
Photos you upload
By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to evaluate and quote your project. We will not publish your photos without your permission.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
- Program: TLC Kitchen & Closets sends text messages about your estimate, appointments and project updates to customers and prospective customers who opt in.
- How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on our website form (unchecked by default) or by otherwise giving us your express consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate.
- Message frequency: varies based on your project and appointments.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or call us at (954) 541-0595.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
